Set Your Domain Registration to Auto-Renew

If you see that your domain is set to auto-renew, then your account MAY renew but it also MAY NOT renew. Whether it will actually auto-renew depends on whether you have a credit card on file with us.

When your domain is set to auto-renew that you will get INVOICED for the renewal. If you have a credit card on file with us, then we attempt to charge your card for any and all invoices that generate. If an invoice generates for your domain, and you have a valid card on file with us, then you should get renewed automatically. However, we will not try charge the card until the listed due date which is usually the expiration date.

If you don't want to wait, you can order a renewal on your own:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to My Domains and click the View Details button next to the domain in question

  3. Scroll down on the next page and at the bottom and click the Renew Domain button

  4. You will be guided through the order and checkout process
