WHAT IS AN EPP CODE?

An EPP code is a unique identifier used by registrars that only the registrant can access. It is specifically used for domain transfers, to verify that the registrant authorizes the transfer. When you're transferring your domain over to Greenix360 you have to request the EPP code from your current registrar before we can help facilitate the move. You use the EPP code in the 'Configure Your Domains' step of ordering a new transfer with us.

If you registered your domain with Greenix360, you'll need to submit a ticket to Billing in order to retrieve the EPP code to transfer your domain away from Greenix360.
