If you are having troubles connecting to your account and feel that you need to create a support ticket we request that you first perform a traceroute from your location and include it in your ticket. This is so that you know that you are reaching the server and your account is not is not loading and that we can correctly troubleshoot the issue.
You may find that you are not reaching the server and are being stopped at one of the providers like level3 or another. These providers are not within our control and most often problems are not long lived with their services. If there is a long term issue or an intermittant issue that is recurring often, we will contact them and open a ticket with their support department, we do need a traceroute that indicates the failure with them to do this.
